The step upto the building wasn't handicap. cap accessible. Very difficult to get up the first step into the building, Higher than modern standard height

Staff was friendly and helpful, suggesting an alternate room to better suit our needs. The location was great - walking distance to good restaurants and shopping. Good sized suite - no frills, but terrifically comfortable beds. The best sleep of a two-week trip!

The housekeeping was great and the room was clean. Made my bed and changed towels every day.
It's old and run down. Clean but not appealing cosmetically - stained furniture and sheets. The kitchen utensils and pans were well worn.
