Had a family reunion of sorts in Geddes. Decided to go fishing as long as we were going to be there and found King's Inn. Reviews were good so chose it. All I needed was a clean room, quiet, hot water and I got it.
There wasn't anything I didn't like because it is small town USA and you can trust people for the most part. It's old, but clean. Outside entrance to the building doesn't require a key. Vending machine was out of order but didn't bother me - gas station right next door.

Everything was smooth and the staff did an amazing job making us feel welcome.

Room was clean.
Breakfast was less than we expected. Biscuits were frozen, pats of butter were frozen and not spreadable. Fruit looked like it had been there a few too many days.
The shower didn't have soap or little shampoo/conditioner, had what you see at a bathroom sink in a business.
Vending machines were out of order.
