The location was great, the beds were very comfortable, and the pool was a perfect temperature.
The staff at the front desk was not very friendly or helpful, on the phone and in-person. This definitely made a difference in the overall score. One day before our stay, I inquired about a crib and was told "if one is available", rather than holding it for us or even putting it in the notes. Upon check-in, I inquired again and was told the same thing, instead of him checking on it, then was told it would be an extra $20. Thank goodness we brought our Pack-n-Play.

Breakfast was good. Good customer service. Lobby area was updated.
Bathroom door stuck closed, had to figure out how to open it by pulling the top corner down... room had a musty smell. Lobby bathroom was very dirty.
