Pros and cons

I loved the staff, breakfast, and later check out times.

It wasn't as clean or updated as I hoped. And I had asked for a room with a tub but was given a shower. I never complained about it because it wasn't too big of a deal for me and we got there late enough that I just wanted to sleep anyway. So they never got the chance to correct the mistake. I'm sure they would have if I did.

Disappointing

The breakfast was good except when a guy was there in charge of the breakfast he was not friendly. One of the girls was really friendly when asked for something that was needed.

I didn’t like that I needed the room to be cleaned and I was told that they only switch the towels every other day and only do a full cleaning until the 7th day. I really needed at least the bathrooms to be clean. When we arrive to the property, the sofa bed was with dirty blankets and I had to switch them at the time we arrived.

Stressful because none of us were comfortable sleeping on the mattresses.

The staff tried to fix the situation that we had. It was close to where we needed to be.

I was given a great room in a great location when we first arrived. As we were getting ready for bed, my daughter pulled out the sofa bed. The mattress was disgusting. It had numerous stains several were blood. There was old food on the mattress as well. The staff sent us to another room. It definitely was not as nice and it was in a noisy location. The girl that helped us did her best. She was alone and was very apologetic. There was discount of 25-30 dollars taken off but I felt like we should have been better compensated for it all. I won’t be going to back to that hotel. The mattress thing made me nervous.

good, liked breakfast, just the internet issue was an issue.

comfortable and clean. I liked the bedroom being separate from the sitting area.

we had a very hard time with the WiFi. tv streaming was bad, kept freezing during movies. we connected to hotel WiFi but our phones ability to access internet, kept going in and out. very frustrating. we also notified the front desk and nothing happened to correct the issue.

We loved our clean bedroom with an amazing comfortable king size bed we got the king suite with the sofa so we could have alone time while our child slept on the pull out sofa which was actually quite comfortable! Our daughter had so much fun in the swimming pool as me and the wife loved the jacuzzi! It was honestly so perfect and cozy! We left smiling ear to ear!

The only downfall was the price! But you pay good money for a good hotel!

nothing

we tried to rebook since my husband got COVID. they gave us the run around for days. eventually talked to a manager, they said they would rebook and call us the next day to confirm. they never called. when we finally got ahold of them again, they said they wouldn’t rebook us. No refund, nothing.

It was mediocre can mowers to other Marriott facilities I’ve stayed in.

The breakfast was a nice feature I enjoyed. 2 of the 4 staff people were great. The other 2 not so much. The location is very convenient and close to my work.

My room had a leak so I had to change rooms. Once settled in the new room, someone tried to come in the room. I’m assuming it was supposed to be theirs originally and no one amended the room assignment when I was moved into it. Upon return the next day, my room key didn’t work and I was told by the front desk they still had me in the first room. Not good organization.

Great place to stay in Murray

Spacious room with kitchen plus great breakfast. Nice hot tub and pool. Very CoVId conscience. Near restaurants.

It has the most polite and friendly staff, the cleanest lobby, and nicest breakfast bar this trip.

We have been traveling for three weeks and this is the first hotel that offered fresh cut up fruit. The ladies working in the breakfast area were constantly stirring and checking on the hot foods and wiping down the counters.
