Location, price and cleanliness. Nice staff and people.
Beds were too firm. Spare blanket had holes in it! Weird…

Breakfast had many options.
I asked a special request and it wasn’t granted. All I wanted was a top floor as I despise hearing people above me. I heard THUMP THUMP THUMP.
No whole milk. Either skim or 2%. Just low fat options.
Hot tub was luke warm. Maybe 101 degrees. Pool was murky and my kid didn’t want to swim in the murky water.

The rooms were great! We loved the proximity to Lagoon and the shuttle service to the park. The staff were so friendly and kind. Great breakfast and excellent stay!

The room was nice and clean. Staff were friendly.
I had issues at check in because I went through booking.com to reserve the room blah blah blah most likely won’t be staying there again. Morning breakfast is crazy over priced and should have been included with the purchase of the room per night. There was no transportation because we were there during the off season, considering Utah didn’t really have snow this winter, was there really an on season, but I digress. I’ve never understood closing the gym, pool and hot tub in a resort town. You have staff members 24/7 so why not just allow your guests to use the amenities they are paying for at their convenience. Next time I’ll just find somewhere in Salt Lake City to stay and avoid Park City.
