Generally a neat place

Neat place with plenty of character. Good instructions and tips for local dining.

There was some loud peace of equipment (not the in room heater) that started up and ran for four or five minutes EVERY four or five minutes ALL NIGHT LONG. even with a white noise machine this kept disturbing sleep. I also circled the breakfast time selection rather than check the box and the cook came out and made a point of commenting in front of all the other guests. Wife was embarrassed

We will DEFINATELY be back!!

Breakfast menu was chosen by each guest the night before. Food was always DELICIOUS!! The decor was very cute, and definitely the most comfortable stay away from home. I even emailed the owners to ask for links to purchase the bed comforter and the mattress pad, as both felt like I was snuggled in a cloud! The outdoor patios were very comfortable to hang out with our friends who also stayed there.

You won't want to go to work after staying here. This will be your new life.

Loved every second of it. Kim and her partner are mindful of every little thing you can imagine, that you may need during your stay. So clean and the breakfast was amazing!! I would stay here again and again. Will definitely come back.

We have excellent memories of the hotel and Panguitch, especially the snow which fell when we were leaving Bryce.

Amazing!

This is an amazing place! The room was spotless, nicely decorated and equipped with things like a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker and electric tea kettle. I loved the binder with menus from all the local restaurants. Breakfast was very tasty - vegetarian friendly. Kim is super nice and she really cares about her quests. the location is amazing, only 30 min drive from Bryce which was perfect for us. There is a grocery store couple of block away. I'm not sure if and when we will be back in the Panguitch area, but if we do I know where we are going to stay!

A Wonderful Place to Stay!!

We loved it! It was perfect! Beautiful home! Beautiful room! Delicious breakfast! Super friendly host, and guests too! We were disappointed that we couldn't stay for an extra night, as we loved it so much.

There wasn't anything to dislike. It was perfect! And excellent value!

Met our expectations and then some! Very clean, well appointed room, with nice outdoor spaces. Very relaxing! Breakfast had nice choices and was served in a very comfortable dining room. Friendly proprietors! Your lawns were beautiful! Thanks for a refreshing stay!

A very pleasant experience. Excellent staff to prepare breakfast. A very clean place to stay with comfortable bedding. Very close to downtown near several restaurants. I would recommend.

Great location, great hosts, wonderful value!

Kim and Rod were excellent hosts. The value was exceptional and the location central to the national parks. The room was very comfortable and quaint and Rod’s breakfasts were delicious!

Exceptional stay - will definitely be back!

This room was the best of our entire vacation in SE Utah. Beautifully decorated, clean, quiet and comfortable. Delicious homecooked breakfast and so nice to offer choices. We wished we were staying longer to sample all the breakfast choices!

I enjoyed staying at a B&B for a change in our trip. The room's decor was very pleasing and bath/room were very clean. Breakfast was congenially served by one of the owners and was very delicious and plentiful. We were traveling to Bryce Canyon and staying at a small, historic town several miles away made the trip more interesting. We really enjoyed the short drive to Bryce. On the night we arrived owner suggested an interesting family restaurant nearby which was helpful and the meal was terrific.

I really can't think of a thing I didn't enjoy or like. The parking was on the opposite side of our room, but it didn't present a problem.

Charming Bed and Breakfast with a REAL breakfast

The Panguitch House is charming and artfully decorated. We stayed in the “Just Peachy” room. We were taken by its clever decor. The owners fixed a delicious breakfast-pancakes, eggs, sausage, orange juice - and the dining room was as charming as the room. As a bonus, we had a great conversation with them.

Our room was up a pretty steep flight of stairs that was a little difficult to negotiate with our large suitcases. it was certainly doable by us, but other folks might want to request a room on the ground floor which they do have.
