I loved the units accomodations, the staff and the location. Beds are comfortable and plentiful, linens are soft with the added bonus of a washer and dryer if you like to know they are clean. The view from all of the balconies is relaxing however you are in a multi unit facility on south bass Island so you neighbors may be a be spirited 😉.

The only thing I would wish for would be a chest of drawers in the bedrooms. Although there's ample space and large closets in each room, I like to tuck my belongings away when I travel.

Very clean and nice size. I had grandchildren visit so the location by the pool was convenient.

I didn't realize the unit was on a 2nd floor without elevator access.

We had a nice time being together I think I can speak for the 8 of us when I say we had a good time.

You asked if I liked the breakfast but I was told we didn’t get breakfast so I can’t answer that question. I think the island is for the younger crowd but I still had a lot of fun with my sisters and friends. There was a party either next to us or below us which really I didn’t mind the hooping and Hollering because I was young once. I have not forgotten about my younger days. It made me smile sometimes when I would hear them.

I didn’t like that half my party got a better discount on the gulf carts. When I was instructed to register for the gulf carts early. I was refunded part of my fee after questioning the pricing and I was grateful. However was told next time they would not give me the discount. This bothered me a bit. I think good customer service should have offered the discount to all in the condo. Then I would have rated this a 10. But I am grateful they refunded me some of the discount that was nice and appreciated.
