Great view, quick walk to Talbot Street. Safe area.
The bathrooms could use a good cleaning. The gym area was not well equipped, a machine was broken.
We had an updated room but most of the rooms were very outdated considering the price you pay.

Location is amazing!
The restaurant staff one morning was absolutely terrible. They sat me and then took my order 30 mins later and couldn’t even bring me out water or coffee. I ended up getting up and leaving. Absolutely terrible service which is unfortunate because prior times eating there were great.
My hotel room wasn’t fully cleaned out. There was still food and drinks in the fridge from prior guest.

Beautiful waterfront location. The town of Saint Michael’s is extremely charming. The double queen suite is very spacious.
Property feels a bit rundown. For the extremely high cost per night, we just expected a higher level of amenities, room, furnishings, features, etc.. For almost $600 per night, they really need to elevate the interior and provide a more luxurious experience. The setting is really beautiful. But, the hotel really needs an aesthetic overhaul. If the rates were more reasonable, I would not be making these comments. But, when you pay such a significantly high price in early June, one just expects a higher level of hotel.
