I wasn’t there for the beach, but the location worked for what I needed it for
Supposedly, we stayed in the renovated section. It didn’t look too new. the floors didn’t look too good/clean or new. there was a rip in the screen. Other than that, the lobby looked clean. The staff was nice for one night. I thought it was a little overpriced, but maybe that’s because it’s a beach town however I wasn’t able to be there to enjoy the beach and plus the weather wasn’t too good.

We liked the comfort of the bed. Really slept well. Also the staff at the desk were very kind and helpful.
It was raining and their canopies leak. Also, not a good parking situation. Their parking lot (where was it) would cost $25 a day. Yikes! Street parking was a challenge.

Close beach access
Phones didn’t work, people just loitering also no comp tickets for the beach.
