Location was great as far getting to the beach. Also access to the local transportation allowing us to visit different parts of the island.

Location. Good air con and fans in each room. Kitchen well stocked with cutlery and glassware.
Late check in policy at 5pm is inconvenient. Bring it in line with standard hotel check in time. Very Poor communication with staff. We didn't receive lockbox key till late because their system failed and we couldn't reach any agent on their mainline or emergency line. The bed mattresses are sagging in the middle. We were in villa 14. The carpets are old. The deck is not well maintained. The windows are foggy.
