Strong House Inn

Both Amy and BJ were exceptionally warming and very attentive to ones needs. Amy made such delicious breakfast while I stayed there, I’m hoping to come back there to visit again next year,, thank you for your hospitality.

The proprietors were lovely, very informative about the house, about the area. Great history lessons for the ask. Outstanding breakfast, best coffee I’ve ever had! Go there! I want to return.

Nothing to dislike.

We had a pleasant stay at this Bed & Breakfast. The Adirondack Room was large and comfortable. The bed sheets were the softest we have ever felt! We loved them! The fireplace in the room was perfect and beautiful. The jetted tub was perfect for two. Breakfast was a plated meal and excellent. The owners dog was super cute with a sweet personality. He was love at first sight! 💕

The outside exterior was beautiful, as were the gardens surrounding it. it was located in a scenic, charming area in northern Vermont. My bed was very comfortable.

There was no one to carry our luggage into the inn,& worse, no one to help us drag it up a steep flight of stairs. The breakfast included was an insult: 1 sliced strawberry, 1 thin orange slice, 1 coddled egg on top of a wisp of burned kale or spinach, & a slice of homemade banana bread, which I couldn’t eat because I can’t eat very sweet items in the morning.. There were: no baskets of rolls or toast or butter or choice of eggs or cereal or pancakes or bacon or sausage. After we departed, we drove into Vergennes to eat a real breakfast. Also the quality (and minuscule size) of the free toiletries was very poor.
