I will always go back if in Missoula.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Warm and inviting decor. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed.

Be sure to get the number for the shuttle service and schedule ride to and from airport at least 48 hours in advance or you will pay Lyft $40 to go 2 miles.

Akzeptables Hotel am Stadtrand mit eigenartigem Raumkonzept

Angenehmer Raum, der sauber war, aber auch nichts Besonderes bietet. Zum Glück hatten wir einen Raum, dessen Fenster zur Straße ging und nicht in den inneren Gemeinschaftsbereich. Vorsicht beim Buchen, hier kann es passieren, dass irgendjemand vor dem Zimmer im Innenbereich (ähnlich wie eine Mall) frühstückt. Insgesamt ein normales Hotel am Standrand von Missoula. Die Innenstadt ist dafür sehr nett.

Der defekte Kühlschrank, der machte, was er wollte. Bei lebenswichtigen Medikamenten keine Freude. Absoluter Minuspunkt.

Comfy and clean hotel with the added bonus of 5 hot tubs and 2 pools!

The location was perfect right off the freeway. There were plenty of great places to eat within walking distance. The bed was super comfy! 2 pools and the 5 hot tubs are an added bonus!!! The breakfast was basic but fine for the price of accommodations. It's really a very great value!

The Breakfast could have been better.

Friendly and accommodating staff. Would definitely chose this facility again

There were neat activities for young people and cozy nooks right outside of our room on the third floor that my granddaughters enjoyed just relaxing and reading. Breakfast was awesome with a great selection.

The sink drain in the bathroom was a bit slow, fairly minor for us.

Enjoyable stay for all of us.

The room was nice & really liked the recliner to watch tv.

A bit a dust left behind the doors, shower, corners… has now turned into deep cleaning issue now. Keeps the room from not being perfect & maybe due for a redo with new furnishings. But then more $$. So definitely worth what we got at it.

Stayed here for one night for a business event. It was a good experience and we would stay again.

Breakfast was good but basic. We liked the atmosphere though. Very lively with lots going on but we were not disturbed once bedtime happened. Definitely a family friendly place.

It did seem like guests left a lot of trash around the hot tubs which was unpleasant. It was gone by morning though so staff must have picked up.

Airport shuttle separate (paid) service.

Shuttle to airport was separate private company and needed prior day reservation. Had to drive and park/pay ourselves.

Beautiful hotel. The pool was really nice. Various hot tubs. Large open spaces. A lot of places to sit and relax or visit. Rooms were very large.

The beds are not comfortable :(

Check out time of 12 is great helped me during my daughter's volleyball tournament to be able to get our items together. Staff were quick and friendly watched them dish out 10 rooms in a pretty quick time for another tournament time.

Found a nicotine salt thing in our Welcome book. Freezer door was also broken which had caused layers of frost so bad fridge door wouldn't close.

Fun family place

Wonderful layout in the hotel with hot rubs, pool and shared balconies. Staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful.

Beds could be better, looked like they remodeling and replacing them, wish they started with our room!

Not my cup of tea. The whole first floor is basically the pool and hot tub area, even during breakfast.

The perfect get away!

The room was very comfortable and I loved the balcony! We had an excellent, hot breakfast, the facilities were family-friendly, and there was a lot of kids to do!
