Quiet and comfortable stay with friendly staff, but the facility can use some updating.

Easy and friendly check-in and checkout, very friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed.

Usb plugs were not available, there were cracks in shower floor - the rooms could use updating and repair. Breakfast ran out quickly.

My stay was very nice!

The room was very clean and spacious. I liked that there was a desk and a comfy chair where we could put our feet up. The shower and location was amazing.

I did not like the television. The channels go in and out. It was difficult to watch anything on tv so we went to the movies.

Over all the hotel was good but trying to relax in the evening by watching tv had something to be desired.

It was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good. Clean are to eat and enjoy. The fruit could have been fresher. The bananas were brown and the apples were over ripe.

The tv was not good. Not many channels to choose from and the picture was pixelated

Bathroom shower gets water all over the floor, pillows are hard as a rock.

Close to the highway

No clean towels or toiletries in room at check in. Hair all over the bathroom floor.

front desk friendly and accommodating.

carpet was not vacuumed. crumbs on night stand. found a dental appliance on the window sill. room temperature difficult to control.

Clean, location, price

On 3rd floor right by elevators so heard the elevator ding all morning and whoever was above us on 4th floor sounded like a herd of elephants.

We will stay there again! It was clean.

It was okay. Was out in the busy lobby. Poor seating.

Room didn’t smell fresh, kind of stale . We did open a window and that worked.

Disappointed with my last visitation

Clean hotel

For the duration of my stay (2 Days)...The cable service did not operate throughout the hotel...Nothing was made mention at check in or else I would have not stayed this time....I have stayed 5 other times and this time covered my birthday....My mom who is 92...needed tv to stay calm during down times....Management was suppose to contact me about my room situation...nothing was ever discussed by management as requested....

Pleasant and will visit hopefully again our third visit

Very good breakfast but disappointed when putting recycle Les told it didn’t matter it all goes into one dumpster. Coming from a home who has a green bucket for vegetables etc. a blue for paper and plastic and another for garbage only,I was sad…

Better use and stated to all how important it is re garbage and recyclables

Mostly great stay but just be careful.

it was clean comfortable and convenient

EVERYTHING was great besides one thing. check in was one of the strangest experiences I have ever had. I worked in hotels for years and have stayed at probably hundreds. through no fault of the hotels the system was down at check in so they had all of the registrations printed and set to the side. The woman behind the desk immediately gave me attitude because she claimed it was illegal for me to still have the activation sticker on my credit card as I had just gotten a new card. I offered her a different card she said it was no problem since the system was down anyways. She then said “don’t worry about what I’m about to do” and started WRITING MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ON A SCRAP PIECE OF PAPER! I immediately said oh no we’re not doing that with my card and told her I will wait to check in. she said it may take hours and it’s not a big deal she will handle the paper after and make sure it doesn’t get into the wrong hands. I repeated that I’m not comfortable and my credit card is on file in the system I will just come back. she rolled her eyes and I left. We came back two hours later and was checked in by a very pleasant woman who never even asked for my card… never had to insert the chip for the incidental charge… nothing.

The rooms were very clean and the breakfast here is always good!

There was only one small bar of soap by the sink, and we had to bring it in to the shower to use it, because there was not one in there.

Very clean & comfortable!

The side door right by our room would not unlock using card. Desk clerk said batteries were probably dead in it but it was never fixed. We had to go all the way to front doors everything we went in/out. Kinda inconvenient.

Exceptional

I liked the front desk staff. Very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were different each day on the hot table. Excellent! Fresh and hot.

I did not like the pillows. It was not a deal breaker but very small and soft.

Will not be returning to this location.

There was a young gentleman working 3rd shift most nights we were there. He was the ONLY good thing about the hotel other than location.

The service was terrible. I was treated poorly.

I will never stay at this hotel in Erie again. I will find a different hotel next time.

the shuttle service

I called to see if an early checkin was available and was told if they have a room clean they would accommodate me. when I arrived 30 minutes before checkin I was told that checkin was at 3:00. so I waited until 3:00 and it took over an hour because of the amount of people waiting to get checked in. I was also charged more at the hotel than my Booking total stated.
