The staff were wonderful. Everyone we encountered were kind and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable.
This location is currently under construction. To be fair, I was informed after booking and also upon check-in that active construction was underway. They lobby, and hallways all showed signs of work in progress, and the parking lot was nearly full due to many spaces being occupied by construction trailers.

Its location to airport and friends house.
The construction with no elevator service but it was tolerable. Although offering a bottle of water to make up for putting up with walking the 3 flights of stairs with our luggage and every time we left or came back was a little insulting!

Walked into the room and froze, the AC was set @ 55, it was so cold that we needed to turn the heat up, then it went up to 78 degrees. My husband waited until it dropped to 70 and then turned the whole thing off. Needless to say, he really did not sleep.
The other item I was not thrilled with was when we checked in the front desk person shared too much. Out of politeness we asked how he was and he gave too much information. It was 930 at night and we were tired from the day, the last thing I want to do is spend 5 minutes at the desk, I want to check in and get to my room and call it a day.
I also found out after we booked that the hotel was going through a renovation, this was not disruptive but the furniture in the room was in disrepair, not really inviting and there was a burned out bulb in the lamp on the desk. I don't know that I would stay here again and I have stayed at this location on several occasions previously.
