It is designed for the fisherman. Boat launch next door, fish cleaning facilities and electric hook up to charge boat batteries. Excellent house keeping and friendly staff.
Just a very minor issue of not cleaning up ash trays in the public use areas, otherwise excellent.

The location. Not far from the Jet Express or Miller ferries. The room was clean.
The temporary air conditioner was not efficient. Each evening when we returned to our room, the temperature inside the room was 81 degrees, even though the air conditioning unit was on and set to 72, and it took 4+ hours to cool down to 75. Very small bathroom.
