Not a good experience

Location was key

We were there for an early morning flight so we door dashed food. Wheel waiting in the lobby- the clerk simply left. People were there to check in and there was no one working the counter. Before she left she told us she would put our drinks on the room - and the bartender came out and said we stole the drinks and was calling the police unless we paid him for them. We have stayed here on numerous occasions and have never been treated as poorly as we were that night. It was unfortunate that the staff was so very rude Quite disappointing and we probably won’t be going back

Fantastic staff and incredible accommodations!

The facility was absolutely beautiful! Every staff member I came into contact with was extremely helpful and kind. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and had great selections. Overall this was an excellent stay and I will be back. I can't say enough about the staff though. They were just wonderful and extremely helpful.

There was literally nothing I didn't like except for maybe if they had a hot tub for travelers. I was extremely sore and hoping there was.

Clean and comfortable and very very close to the airport

Super close to the airport. Like walking distance. We took the shuttle as our flight was super early in the morning, and the shuttle driver was very friendly. Front desk staff were friendly as well. Didn’t get to try the food but the beds were comfy and the place was clean. Would definitely stay here if you have an early flight.

Uneventful and convenient

My flight was canceled and the staff allowed me to work in the bar area until my room was ready.

Breakfast did not include fresh fruit.

Ease of reservation, clean, & friendly staff made for a pleasant stay.

Room was too light for sleeping as there was no drapes to close. Only sheers at the windows and parking lot lights were much too bright.

The room was fine. The breakfast was terrible.

The breakfast pastries were practically an animal. And we went to pour milk in our breakfast cereal. It was curdled/sour. Unacceptable.

Was exactly what I thought it would be!

One night stay waiting for another flight

They have a shuttle from and to the airport, just have to call for it.

Doesn’t have a restaurant at the hotel, but you can walk to Hilton which is close

Met our expectations for a reasonable, one night stay well run hotel next to the airport,

close to the airport, efficient check in and shuttle service, clean, reasonable voice at breakfast bar.

the amenities were pretty bare bones: one coffee capsule, no shower cap.

Superb

Close to the airport. The shuttle service was quick and got me to the airport at 4AM. They also picked me up at the car rental depot.

My total cost should have been $724 as booked through Booking.com. My credit card has been charged for $795. I left on October 20th, 4 days ago, and have yet to see a refund. I have called twice. I received a notification via text that my a hold was placed on my card for $830 the day I checked in. I questioned that and was told that an additional $20 a day was added and would be refunded after I left if there was no damage. I then saw a number of other charges show up in the middle of my stay. Several were later removed but $795 has remained. A frustrating experience. I will call again today.
