We liked the beach and how we were greeted by a herd of elk.
The walls were very thin and could hear conversations of the neighboring tenants.

The location was good, I liked the pond. The bed was comfortable.
It smelled like dog, so I bought some vinegar and sprayed the floor and that helped a lot. I was right next to the pond and the lights stayed on all night, for safety, but it was really bright, and I had a hard time sleeping, so I bought a sleep mask which helped. I would recommend blackout curtains on the window. There’s a company nearby that was dropping construction debris all day, so the trucks started beeping really early in the mornings, and usually kept up until the evening. The upstairs neighbors were very loud, sounded like they were stomping and dropping heavy things.

The bathroom needed repairs and a thorough cleaning, the handrail by the toilet was on the floor having broken off its mountings.
