Very clean and well kept. Including any maintenance.
It was all good. Only 2 slight negatives. It seems to me that there was a chair missing in our room. For two people there should have been another lounge chair. I personally don’t think an office chair should be considered the second.
Also our bathroom was missing hand towels. Had to make a trip to the front desk for a couple.

The location was great, friendly staff
One thing when you have a two bedroom make sure you have four towels and toilet paper. We only got two and there were three of us in the room. Plus I needed a bigger trash can and the bed felt like I was tip upside down when I was laying down. Could be flip over or something.

The property was very clean and smelled great. The room was spacious and clean and the TV was in good working order. The staff at check-in were wonderful and friendly and very positive about the hotel. Breakfast had lots of options so we could eat a good meal before getting back on the road.
The key card maker was down so we couldn’t come and go as we wanted. If we wanted to get into the room either the lady at the front desk or the maintenance person needed to open our door.

The hallways and rooms were clean
The location and the staff member at the front desk. She clearly hates her job and has no business being in hospitality. We asked for towels since only two were put in the room and 4 people were on the reservation. She was very put out that she had to stand up from a stool she was sitting on in a corner playing on her phone. She was face timing while working the desk. She also had no feedback on places to eat with family. Said the food around there was not good. She just seemed miserable and not happy about her job.
