Location. Clean hotel with comfortable beds.
Parking spots are small and the Lott is cramped. The attached bar has expensive drinks.

Our second visit to this hotel and room sizes are great! Location is amazing.
Paying $10 for an average breakfast seems like a stretch. The breakfast is equivalent to and possibly worse then any chain that offers free breakfast. Parking was quite expensive. Our shower took 5-10min of running to get hot.

Location to Aggieland, Kansas State Campus, and fraternity house.
TV was broken, lights did not work on two lamps, AC unit was loud when on....compressor is more than likely going out.
