The hotel staff at the reception were exceptionally kind and helpful. They were kind and helped me in difficult situations. I would revisit because of them.

Modern purpose built hotel convenient for my visit to the area.
The car park is hidden behind a black roller door, entirely unsigned. Mine is not the first complaint.
Seems like incompetent management.
A local music event produced door slamming and loud conversations from 3 -4 am..judging by the way my bed swayed the building might not be as well designed as I thought.
No further sleep was achieved and l returned to London overtired.
