Staff, location, price
Had some trouble getting the ac to work. I troubleshoot it and got it going in about 20 minutes with some coaching from the front desk.

Location facilitates easy on and off interstate, yet quiet surroundings. Rooms comfortable. Staff friendly. Breakfast very good.
One elevator, limited number of luggage carts. Cable TV was unavailable the night we stayed, no compensatory discount offered.

Easy booking
Rooms were not accurate, pic's that are shown are not accurate to what they have, if I'd known that driving 10 hours to get there I'd went somewhere else
