The pictures do not do justice to this wonderful boutique hotel! What a surprise when we walked into the lobby.

Hotel and town are lovely. Location is great just off the BRP.
They rented us a room that should not have been rented. The first 3 light switches entering the unit did not work. We were told they knew the unit had electrical problems. But, put us in there anyway. When we asked to be moved, they offered a non comparable room. Said no deluxe kings were available. But we could observe the hotel was not full. There was no attempt to make this right. There were a total of four front desk staff involved in this discussion at some point. Just unacceptable.
