The online and desk check-in was great. Easy and seamless. The property was clean. The lobby, breakfast room, lounge, hallways and room was exceptionally clean. I noticed the cleaning and grounds people working early and daily. Its a small hotel, quaint and as a solo woman traveler, I felt safe. I even had a great little patio outside my room that I sat on and enjoyed some sun. The ducks in the back of the property along the Williamette River are great to watch migrate as well. Its very peaceful. The bed was extremely comfortable and the pillows! Lots of towels, never had to call for any additional. The room had a mini refrig and microwave that came in handy. The daily breakfast, don't miss it. Its hot. Not continental. Tasty as well. Great coffee. Oh there's a Keurig in your room too. I also appreciated the free parking onsite and theres plenty. 10/10

very nice rooms and good parking and overall great place
The property was great but the walls are very thin and at night you can hear everything it’s hard to sleep. and i was on the bottom floor of a separate building and the people above me where stomping around for 1hr straight at 3am and i couldn’t get sleep. idk if it was cleaners or what but other than that my stay was very good.

Awesome location for access to Matthew Knight Arena as it is directly across the street. Nice lounge with reasonable prices. Breakfast was decent.
Parking ran out quickly so could not park near our room. The room and hallways reeked of pot. The room cost was high given the outdated condition of the room.
