Sunny was friendly and personable as always. Check in was under 8 minutes. Room and bathroom clean. Bed linen clean and fresh. All in all 3rd stay great experience. The morning we left, 6 am, the gentleman at the front desk gave us breakfast snacks for the road and made coffee for us. Breakfast isn't served until 7am.
The room smelled damp but it's located right across the street from Lake Erie and can use a little updating.

Close to downtown port Clinton
No elevator. Shower handle was very difficult to use & figure out to get water to come out properly at right temperature. Says breakfast included but all breakfast was stale bread, apples that were mushy, and cereal/oatmeal.

The room was spacious and had a good size refrigerator in it. The bathroom was spacious as well.
The "breakfast" was sad. A pitcher of orange juice, a bowl of apples. white or wheat bread. raisin bran or frosted flakes and mini pies. There was also yogurt. I expected more. The coffee was ok. Could have done way better.
