We booked a quadruple room, it was great for my 2 kids and me. The beds were very comfortable.
The back parking lot felt sketchy. The rooms are okay, but it is years of paint on top of paint, the bathrooms felt dirty and there were areas that were missed in cleaning like the backs of the doors.

Very quiet and in a nice area.
Parking was really difficult. Electric outlets were just about non-existent. AC air was blowing on you while sleeping.

Check in was easy. The bed was comfortable, I was happy with the pillows (those are big deal to me). The air conditioning worked well and it was surprisingly handy to have a large fridge in the room, evening though it pretty much dominated the space. I liked that I really couldn't hear the family next to me, even with their 4 kids.
I didn't love the mild curse word stenciled onto the toilet and the bathroom tile could use a refresh. Breakfast was meh and not well signed so I couldn't figure out where to get hot water for the oatmeal. I've never used a Keurig since I don't drink coffee but apparently that's what you use. I didn't see a toaster for the bread.
