I liked being able to stay in this historic hotel and to walk around to check out the town. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed exploring the historic hotel part and chatting with the front desk staff. The bar seems like a local hangout. They were doing a trivia night. Down the street, there was some kind of outdoor music event in front of the Covellite Theatre.
The TV was stuck on one channel, and we were basically told that was how it was.

It's expensive for what it is. Staying in any Montana city downtown these days is costly

Classic old hotel and motor inn. Ridiculously easy to find.
Pillows were a bit on the hard side.

The price was great!
The part of the hotel that we stayed in was not part of the historic Finley Hotel. It was an add on that felt more like a Motel 6 with cinder block walls & cheap fixtures. The bed was comfortable & the pillows decent.
