Staff was very accommodating to any need. The hotel is located adjacent to a major area hospital so many of the guests were staying there for that reason. Our room even had a recliner that helped my daughter when she got out of the hospital.

In a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Spokane. Friendly staff.
The hotel and room were comfortable enough, but not worth the price I paid ($200). Also, breakfast tasted artificial and wasn't great.
