I thought the staff was amazing. Especially jeremy, he was one of the nicest people I ever met in this profession. I love the fresh baked cookies every night. I was in the middle of a difficult transition, and the staff was so kind and welcoming. The staff was very accomplishing, helpful and handled it requests or things needed in a timely manner. They made a very tough experience, super pleasurable for me.And I will definitely be back.
I didn't love the fact that they were in the middle of a renovation, but that is something that is no one's fault. The variables that they could control, they did control. Overall i'm very pleased with my experience and I would one hundred percent stay again, and recommend.

Location and breakfast
The hotel is undergoing reservations and equipment was everywhere. It looked so messy especially since i didn't see anyone working. The room we were in recently got new vinyl floors. I wish there were area rugs added too. Nothing worse than walking on hard flooring. Now that the rooms are getting hard flooring the noise from the rooms above is very loud, footsteps, furniture sliding back and forth. It was difficult sleeping with the noise level.
I was not given an invoice at check out and was not emailed an invoice as the employee said I would.
