Great location close to Mohegan sun staff very friendly bed very comfortable great overall good breakfast and the shuttle to Mohegan sun was great. The driver Jeffrey very very nice very happy with my stay.

Comfortable, quick and easy.

• The pool was very nice • The rooms were comfy and a big size

• The tv kept giving us issues • There’s not really much around you, you kinda have to drive a little back and forth and things like that

A clean, reasonably priced hotel with a staff that cares

Everyone was super helpful and friendly: the reception staff, the breakfast ladies, cleaning staff, even the maintenance guy took time to ask if I needed help seeing that I was standing by the reception! I see a staff who cares and that matters. We did not use it but we appreciate the option of a free shuttle to the casino (4 pm to 12 am). The pool looked very well maintained. Cleanliness is prominent throughout the facilities. The hotel obviously has undergone recent renovations and updates that makes it a very decent place to stay. Loved that there are 2 TV’s in the king suite we stayed in, one of which is huge. The sitting area is very spacious with a sofa bed and a big two level desk. Breakfast: thank you for having almond milk and lactose free milk for people who cannot have dairy. The breakfast area is exceptionally clean. Coffee and tea 24/7 is much appreciated. It’s a bonus to have a dim sum restaurant right next to the hotel ; )

We are VERY happy with this hotel but if I have to nitpick: There is only one waffle maker and there is always a wait for it. There are some signs of the hotel being older, like peeling ceiling in the bathroom and the scratched up benches in the reception area. There should be 2 TV remote controls instead of one for sharing LOL. They did give me an extra upon request. Please go back to providing a printed TV guide. And the control not having numbers is very annoying and time consuming : / Safety: The shower does not have the usual fall prevention handle to hold on to except the handle on the shower door. But the door can swing both ways which actually creates a hazard.

Exceptional

Though I do drive, I chose to go by public transportation and found the travel quite easy from New London to the hotel. The staff was quite pleasant, the King Suite was very comfortable and the hot breakfast was great. Additionally, they offer a shuttle from the hotel to the Mohegan Sun Casinos and the drivers were always available and nice. They don't start until 4pm, but this was not a problem. I strolled on my own to the casino to catch a bus to the Mystic Aquarium and it took me less than 15 min. I would definitely go back.

Comfortable, clean and excellent service!

The property was clean and the staff was exceptional! It didn't matter what shift they were on or what time you spoke to them, every one of them was pleasant, accommodating and friendly! Would definitely stay here everytime there is a concert at Mohegan Sun. They have a shuttle to and from hotel and Mohegan that runs until midnight and that made it very, very convenient!

Wish the beds were not so soft but the cleanliness of the room more than makes up for it! 😀

Awesome staff, shuttle service was great, beds were very comfortable, rooms were very clean and they had a great room set up, and the rooms just felt very comfortable. My husband and I will definitely be staying here again!

convenient location with everything we needed.

very clean, pleasant staff at front desk, large room and very comfortable bed. Also appreciated the nice thick bath towels!

there were large groups that ate most of the breakfast items before we’d gotten to the breakfast area (8:30). The woman working the breakfast area seemed overwhelmed. Would have liked a dark roast coffee option and real half & half but the coffee that was there was nice & hot.

Amazing Hotel, Will visit again!

Rooms were spacious and super clean. The staff was wonderful. Robin ( breakfast cook) was lovely and made a great breakfast. The pool was amazing. My child couldn't stay out of the pool. Short commute to any location you would want to go.

ok place to crash but definitely not worth the price for what that had to offer and the facilities need to be updated an

availability of shuttle and the complimentary breakfast

very tight quarters. you couldn’t walk around furniture without banging into something. bathroom outdated and paint peeling from ceiling and walls. pool had no heat and was not fun being in there.

Will definitely stay here again.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast selections were plentiful and delicious! The shuttle to the casino was very convenient with a courteous driver and van in excellent condition!

Exceptional

Emily at the front desk was extremely helpful, polite, accommodating and she went above and beyond to help us, we cannot thank her enough! We had a king suite, non-smoking. It was large and spacious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom was large, the glass walk in shower was roomy with great water pressure! Our room was clean and very welcoming. The complimentary breakfast was more than we thought it would be, they offered hot breakfast sandwiches, sausage, scrambled eggs, bagels, toast, muffins, yogurt, juice/coffee, and Belgian waffle maker!

Nothing negative to say - it was a wonderful stay!
