Staff was very nice and helpful, room was a good value considering we had a king suite with a Jacuzzi tub.
The area was much cheaper than finding a hotel in Spirit Lake, and about a 30 minute drive.
Room was fairly clean, bed was clean, good ac.
Room was huge, lots of room.
Bed wasn't the most comfortable for me, I didn't sleep well.
The only part of the room that could have been cleaner was the shower, and bath towels.
Door didn't seem to close properly unless you forced it.

Friendly staff, eager to please. Breakfast was delicious (esp. Mary's biscuits & gravy). Pool was fun. Fire pit relaxing.😄
