The breakfast was not up to whatI was use to at other Holiday Inn Express. The milk for cereal was in a pitcher not sealed or individual container. Rarely ever saw front office staf or breakfast staff. Rooms clean

Staff and overall the room was nice.
The used Q-tip in the bathroom, the hairs in the shower.

Very convenient.
Not a pet friendly facility.
Initially was assigned to a room that I did not book.
Was told Booking.com booked a room for us that they did not have.
I had called to confirm the room reservation a week prior to our stay.
The staff member at the desk was very nice and did change our room assignment.
I showed him our room confirmation.
