The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room location was good overlooking the water.
Cleanliness of the surrounding parking area and parts of the park that are adjacent to the parking area. I realize that it isn't part of their property but there could be a bit more attention to picking up trash that some people think is okay to drop on the ground.

Very nice facility and staff. Perfect location for our stay.
I know the bar / restaurant is not run by the hotel, but it is a reflection of the hotel.
That place needs to improve customer service and quality.

Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom and shower were excellent.
Noise from the village. Noise from the ferry until 10 pm. “Village parking” meaning that the hotel does not have its own dedicated parking. And since there were two events in town we had to literally walk across town with our bags to check in until we could move the car closer.
