Matt and Pam were EXCEPTIONAL! very accommodating, helpful and friendly. They made things so easy ! The breakfast was also excellent. Great taste and a lot of variety!
Housekeeping. Our room was only cleaned once. I had to ask for more towels. The small lotion was only 1/3 full. Never received more. Garbage was never empty !

Had a note from property letting us know our request for king room would be honoured. When we arrived, agent said there was nothing on file regarding this and this room type was not available. Breakfast was pretty marginal.
