Clean the bed was comfortable

The bed was comfortable. The room was large and it was a quite stay. Large parking lot with lots of parking spaces. There was plenty of places near by to grab some food.
Thought it was weird that they put a $50 deposit on my credit card and said they would remove it after checkout. I got no receipt for said deposit.
Our room had alot of previous damage. Looked like an animal had been in the room and was scratching the door for a long time, the towel bar was broken and missing majority of the towel bar. The door had a huge gap on the bottom right and really dragged across the floor. The floor had damage in front of the door, I dont know what could have done that. The lotion dispenser was falling out of the wall. The shower floor had a slime feeling and was slippery.

I always appreciate the helpful staff and ease of the facility as far as location and access, booking and checking out
There was old food, french fries, on the nightstand that I had to clean away. The room also smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Plus, I booked a king and it was a double...which was fine, just felt like less room. But the smell and the fries were stupid. That should never occur. I would've requested a different room, but I'd been on the road all day and had to be up and out early and it just wasn't worth the hassle that I didn't feel I should have to endure. Also, there was a high-pitched whirling noise that would go for an hour and then stop. I thought it was the min-fridge, but I can't be sure. I feared it would keep me awake but I think I was just exhausted enough to sleep through the distraction.

Cleanliness, non-smoking, linens fresh and comfortable. Pump soaps - not squeeze,
Clean bathroom, lots of towels
The room above me was extremely loud, like they were moving heavy furniture and unloading large heavy boxes. It sound like the room above me was a maintenance storage room. Noise was from 9 to 11pm and started up again at 5am.
Rooms aren't good if you can't sleep.
TV costs money to watch.
