Convenient location. Very clean.

Everything was great except for the mirror door in room fell off the hinges. Poorly installed. Could be a safety issue with kids around.

Nicest staff ever. The TV remote wouldn't work and first the staff member brought me batteries and then she brought me a new remote. We were on the 3rd floor. The indoor pool was clean, the proper temperature and all ours. There is a special key to get into the pool. The pool has pool towels. The breakfast was nice, sausage and omlettes. One of the managers explained why the cheese was separate. Some people didn't want cheese on the omelet. Regular coffee, special coffees, even raspberry herbal tea! Fruit including bananas. The staff member in charge of breakfast refilled the orange juice at the end of the time because my husband wanted some. She explained how the fruit juice machine worked. She also told us about the extra cleaning required for the special flavored coffee machine so the coffee would taste better. They even had food for a young man who showed up at the last 5 minutes to eat. A large menu in the lobby shows you what is for breakfast everyday during the week. Ceiling fan with lights, two ceiling lights, two bedside table lamps, one reading light and the usual bathroom lights. Real closet and a room safe. I couldn't get the desk chair out from under the desk, but my husband did. Very comfortable chair by the reading lamp. USB ports and outlets on each bedside table under the drawer. The USB ports on my husband's side worked.

Smell of blunt in the elevator when we checked in. The smell was gone after about an hour. Signs said no smoking or vaping, but not every customer follows the rules. USB ports on my bedside table didn't work however the two outlets there worked fine with my wall wart.

Breakfast was pretty good and room were clean.

Key car problems and and they charged us for smoking in a room even though we didn’t and wouldn’t return it.
