The staff are you so sweet, from the lovely ladies cleaning the room to the front desk staff
When I booked WAYYY back I booked two rooms under Super 8 Wyndom Midland. I was trying to pre check in and was told one was in Midland TEXAS. You NEED to change the description to indicate the difference. Luckily Midland Ontario had an extra room or I would have had a huge problem. When speaking with the Texas property, she indicated that it happens ALL THE TIME! This needs to be changed

everything is great. other travelers in my group go to more expensive hotels but this one is on par with those best value in the area. it’s my go to spot every time i’m in yown

Nothing
Smoke smell, stained sheets, torn dirty towels, trash can outside overflowing. Front glass door broken. Breakfast was terrible. Just cold items.
