Overall, I had a pleasant stay of 10 days at this hotel and would rate it 8/10. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and offers good value. I would especially like to thank the staff member at the bar/restaurant, who was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional.
Unfortunately, my experience at check-out on July 31 was disappointing. The receptionist on duty was unfriendly and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner. It was not the level of courtesy or customer service I would expect from someone working at the front desk. Based on this interaction, I would rate her performance below average.

Enjoyed the pool, and the afternoon desk clerk Chrystal was amazing!
The desk clerk that worked during the day was not very friendly, Angela. She was very short and unapologetic when our room wasn’t ready upon our arrival which was later than the check in time we had requested which was only an hour early
