Front desk lady was extremely friendly & professional (even with our late arrival). Our room was spacious & clean.
Parking! Apparently word is out about this hotel, as just about every available parking spot was taken. Hotel may want to consider setting up parking for trucks/cars with trailers (which took up a lot of available space). Parking lot was well lit, so we were able to find a parking spot.

The bed was too firm and the room was rather dark.

The breakfast was generous and filling. The eating area was kept clean- which was difficult for the staff due to ignorant guests, who were sloppy and uncaring.
Couldn’t help but notice the wallpaper in the hallway could use some attention. The glue had dried out and the paper was loose.

The best feature was the price, and that's modest at best. The breakfast was average as well.
The water was incredibly slimy. Like, noticeably so. There was some peeling/delamination of panels in the hallway that appeared to be from water damage. The room appeared clean at first, however upon inspection a previous tenant's shirt was found under a table on a roll out chair. No other obvious dirt was found. The minifridge was not cold and perishables had to be left in the cooler we traveled with with fresh ice applied.
