The breakfast was wonderful. The location was great and convenient for our scheduled activities to the museums Management
I called after returning home I had a concern in a misunderstanding. The person on the phone was very humiliating and rude. Left me on the phone over an hour. The following day I talk to Management he resolved the issue and restore my dignity. Because I was very upset and hurt. I do appreciate his professionalism, patience, being concern and kindness he showed to me. He’s very act wiped away my tears and embarrassment and I thank him very much.

The hotel was classic .Hotel had high ceilings and marble and beautiful chandeliers The breakfast was delicious and the omelets were extremely large. The cocktail time was a nice treat

Breakfast was great and so was the complimentary reception. Room was spacious and comfortable.
A/C wasn't on when I checked in and it took a while to get cool. It never actually got too cool that I had to turn it down.

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast omelet was good.
Bathtub needs grab bars and non-slip surface. Water pressure in sink was poor.
