The location. The exterior of the building was so neat! Front desk staff was friendly.

Breakfast was not great. No fresh fruit or healthy options. Eggs were covered with cheese. Everything else was processed food. Interior of building was messy. Bathrooms were gross. Game room was underwhelming.
