9 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026

I stayed here because I got stuck in Chama due to the storms / flooding, and the lodge was perfect for my needs — extremely comfy bed, cozy room, and charming property. It felt like staying in my own cabin and has that quaint mountain charm. I enjoyed that the property is pet friendly and has access to the Chama river. That back of the property is so lovely and I imagine this would be even more stunning in winter. Just a few minutes to downtown Chama.

The shampoo and conditioner dispenser didn’t work very well.
