A wonderful B&B. Very accommodating. Breakfast was terrific and provided gluten free options. Could see the ocean (and the sun rise) from the breakfast porch on the second floor.
Not unlike other older facilities, noise was a slight issue. We were in a room on the first floor so perhaps a room on the third floor may be quieter.

The buffet breakfast was exceptional with a lot to choose from and the staff was very friendly. The extra touches of free snacks and chocolates, offering wine glasses and wine openers and having discounted beach passes super.
