Even though I selected a non-smoking room, my room smelled horribly of cigarettes. The entire building smelled like smoke. Maybe having the smoking rooms at the top floors instead of the bottom floors would reduce the smell from permeating upwards into the non smoking rooms

check in took way longer than it should have and the lady at the front was not kind at all.
There was no one at the front desk when I went to check out in the morning, so I gave my key cards to a cleaning staff member after asking her what I was supposed to do to check out.

Love the 24 hour check and service. The location was quiet and great. Rooms were okay. Showers great.
The light switches were weird at first and would nice to have charging station near bed.
