The Tower Cottage

Breakfast was delicious and it was a 2 block walk to the beach.

Room was extremely small. While the bed was big and comfortable, there was no place to store our suitcases and it was challenging to walk around the room.

The breakfasts were amazing! The food was delicious and the presentation beautifully done. We loved our little nook we sat at each morning. The coffee was excellent.

The room was a little crowded with furniture. With a king size bed, it made the other areas a bit tight.

The staff could not have been nicer. The cleanliness and COVID 19 precautions were superb. The room itself other than the Jacuzzi and size of the bed were exceptional.

The room we stayed in was a "Queen" room. It however is advertized with a full bed. I called to verify that the bed was a Queen and not a full size, based on the name of the room. I was assured it was a queen size bed, This may seem petty. However, my bed at home is a King because I suffer from insomnia and with my partner so close in proximity, I was unable to sleep. Another issue was the noise of other patrons. While in our room we were able to hear the entirety of others conversations. The issue with the Jacuzzi was that the wood surrounding it was falling apart. The view from our room was of other houses with a partial view of a small body of water. I have been to other B&B's and found this to be average compared to others. I also am use to renting an oceanfront house with amazing views in the off-season for this same rate. So, I may be being more critical than I should be. Unfortunately, I can not reccomend this B & B.
