The friendliness of the front desk staff, the valet attendants, and everyone else.
The brunch, In addition to very few options, many items out of stock, and slow restocking. I think that's the only negative point worth mentioning.

It was easy to get back and forth from Disneyland by walking. It was very quiet and not a crowded hotel. The morning breakfast was good. The front staff and valet staff were very nice and the valet staff was quick and accommodating.
Out room was not cleaned well each day. Some days all they did was make the bed. They didn’t even take the trash out. Cleaning service is mostly what my stay is based on. Also it was like 30+ dollars a day to park there.
