I liked everything on the property
Couldn’t get air on, no power to thermostat , phone would not connect to front desk and dent granddaughter down to front desk. Hr said the units were serviced and the phones were reset so he got AC started and then it was too cold so set thermo to 74° and heat came on with the worst burning smell like burnt popcorn . Front desk said unit was probably burning off a sediment from the cleaning so we had to open the window for both days we stayed there. This living arrangement was very uncomfortable!

Staff was nice, location was good
Second floor elevator wasn’t working and ice machine on the second floor wasn’t working. My sister is disabled so it made a second floor room difficult.
