We really appreciated the lady who checked us in , and how clean it was , the house keepers were very welcoming and nice as well
We enjoyed our stay until we got to checkout , we were told we had a balance still, when we paid at check in , then proceeded to call the lady who checked us in to ask if she remembers the transaction, then somehow the lady who was working , then told me I only owed 29$ instead of 335$ , which I was confused then they told me it was because of the pet fee I had but I was supposed to pay that with the payment in the beginning, then after I get frustrated, she proceeded to rudely hand me the receipt and says “have a good day” , I asked what happened to me owing any money she said “ I don’t know it just all canceled out “ , with that being said I really feel like this lady either needs more training and or , yalls system needs some fixing but I was highly upset driving home after they tried to get another 330$ out of me for no reason.

Great stay. Fast and easy check-in and check-out. Instructions were very clear and concise. No confusion. Very clean and well kept hotel. Place was stocked with lots of towels and all amenities needed to make the stay comfortable. A lot of fast food, alcohol, grocery stores, gas stations/convenient stores within 5 mins drive. 25 min drive from Houston Airport depending on traffic. 15-20 min drive to downtown Houston. Complimentary Breakfast offered. Nice free Happy Hour on Wednesdays if you sign up for event. Gym was nice and clean. Lots of parking made feel safe parking. Definitely recommend and would stay again!!~
Nothing bad to say about hotel. Everything was smooth and professional. Fast and easy check-in and out. Staff was nice and courteous. 20-25 mins from airport. Rooms and bathroom were big and spacious. All amenities needed were stocked. Restaurant and bar on-site. Complimentary breakfast. Staff was nice, courteous, and professional. Definitely would stay again and recommend this property!!
