The breakfast watery good, nice selection, as well as friendly and quite helpful staff. All of the staff we encountered was super friendly and beyond expectation helpful.
My sister and I both agreed we would return to this location.
nothing comes to mind.

We did not eat breakfast as I had a 5:30 am surgery at Medical City Frisco.
Receptionist could not use Hilton Rewards for a reason she didn't know. She could see both mine and my husbands accounts bit didn't know how to issue points.

Beds very comfy. Double sinks and good lighting for bathroom. Updating my post - spoke with the GM today about the lack of hot water. She issued us a partial reimbursement with the promise to remedy the issue for future guests. The staff is very nice.
No hot water. Worked 1x we were there...my wedding guest also staying there had same experience. Ridiculous. The breakfast was fake eggs , oatmeal, no edible per my daughter.
