Not expensive. Close to a triathlon race I was competing in. The room was basic and met my needs. Very happy with my stay.

Woodridge has a pleasant inner courtyard where I enjoyed my dinner.
I couldn't get any hot water for my bath

The location was good, very central to downtown Terre Haute. The breakfast was minimal, we had hoped for some fresh fruit. The setting, surrounded by green areas, was lovely.
The room smelled like cigarettes although it was a non smoking room.

Many things so I will list
1. Part of the property appeared to have abandoned vehicles parked in a specific area.
2. Trash around the property had been around a long time.
3. Bathroom had black mold? Around the tub area. Security chain on door was torn out and the door knob with the only lock was very loose. Security was a big issue.
4. No carpeting and the floors were dirty.
5. No chairs in motel room
6. Basically an issue of cleanliness and disrepair of the property.
