The breakfast was a nice variety of simple healthy snacks. I like having my own separate cabinet with my own plates, bowls and utensils. I enjoy the view of Haleakala while I make my coffee.
The bathroom and shower area are well stocked and kept very clean. It’s nice that they provide extra shampoo, toothpaste etc in case you forgot to pack your own.
I’ve stayed here several times because it’s the best value and I’m never disappointed. I do think it’s time to invest in some softer towels.

It’s a B&B, but limited in just a few breakfast items that they provide. But, I normally bring food around.
They need to purchase paper towels for their guests. Really, it just a small item to purchase @ COSTCO in bulk. There is only Kleenex to wipe your hands with. This is my second time here and I have asked the owners to fellowship with me and ask for this consideration several times during my stay there, but have never reciprocated back to me. Oh well, maybe the third time I stay there again we can spend some “quality time” together.

Confortable beds, self check-in, the nice garden and the parking
The shared bathroom was dirty when we arrived at 3 p.m., and the kitchen was not clean either (fridge and microwave).
Found a tablet on top of my bed when I checked-in.
It was also noisy, we could hear the dogs on the first floor running around in the evening. Early in the morning, someone was also shouted about what the dog had done.
For the level of service and overall experience, it was a bit expensive.
